Malts: American Ale, Wheat, Big O Malted Oats, Toffee, Light Crystal
Hops: Whirlpool: Mosaic, Waiti, Cascade, Ekuanot
Dry Hop: Citra, Ekuanot, Galaxy, Azacca, Ekuanot
Mash: Galaxy
Yeast: London Ale III
Appearance: Golden amber hue, haze for days with an off white foam
Aroma & Flavour: Intense tropical flavours of pineapple, mango and paw paw… like eating a whole bag of snakes with every sip. Sweet malt and lingering dairy sweetness fills the palate with slight bitterness.
