Giammarino Shiraz

Vittoria & Nicoletta Giammarino left their vineyards in Abruzzo, Italy post WW2. After looking for the perfect spot to settle and plant they settled in the Yarra Valley. Thirty years on their son, Dino is crafting the wines, whilst they tend the vines. Dino makes all his wines naturally, with minimal intervention and minimal sulphites. His Shiraz is medium bodied, with dark plum flavours, spice and mocha / coffee characters to finish.
