Orbis Tempranillo Grenache

Rose Petal, cola and strawberry juice, with a stalky bramble finish.

The two varieties were handpicked separately, the tempranillo was 100% destemmed, and the Grenache whole bunch fermented in stainless steel. Both were naturally fermented with indigenous yeast and matured in 25% new French Oak for 8 months, and blended after maturation.

Unfined and Unfiltered.
