Hop Nation Nelson Lakes DIPA

At 400 metres above sea level, the unique terroir of Nelson Lakes - Moutere Valley, South Island, NZ - is hotter in summer and colder in winter than traditional hop farming regions. Here we’ve paired Nelson Sauvin with Mosaic, redefined with the nuanced difference and distinctive sensory attributes of hops sourced from Nelson Lakes. Mango, apricot and pink grapefruit are lifted by refreshing notes of citrus with a touch of dank.
