LE JUICE Fleurie Gamay - 2021

Le Juice, a luscious 100% Gamay wine, originates from the picturesque 'La Cabane' single site nestled on the slopes of the renowned 'La Madonne' hill in the elevated terrain of Fleurie, Beaujolais.

These 35-year-old bush vines thrive in soils of coarse sand adorned with vibrant pink granite accents. The wine undergoes a meticulous carbonic maceration process for a span of nine days, where whole bunches are gently fermented in concrete. Following this, it matures gracefully for six months in tank before being bottled in its youthful glory, enhanced by a subtle touch of sulfur.
